Well before I get started, I should introduce myself ... My Name Is Tom ,( New England Moments) and Yeah, if that sounds Familiar, I am that Red Barn Shooter lol.. Just over a Year ago, I started a Forum, and it is now at nearly 900 Members.. We average 250 Posts per Day , and 30 Topics per day, so you can see we are Active.. I also like to think that with my past experience on forums , that I have learned what, and what not to do, to make a Forum Work.. One of these finds, was to assemble a staff of Moderators who are Active, and who I consider talented in their Genres to actually Teach just what they Know... not to be a Know it all, but to be comfortable enough, and Willing to share Helpful Tips and feedback..
